HOW IT WORKS

THE ENTRY STAGE

Entries close 16 March

  • Suppliers are invited to submit their innovative products or cases for any of the categories via the simple online form.
  • Each separate entry in a supplier category costs £175 +VAT, which can be paid via the online form.
  • Retailers are invited to enter their business into any relevant category via the simple online form.
  • Each separate entry in a retailer category is free. 

THE DECISION MAKING

Subject to meeting the necessary criteria, each entry will proceed to the decision-making stage.

  • Retailer categories will be determined by an online vote, where industry professionals can easily cast their votes using a quick online form.
  • Supplier categories will be judged by our expert panel, who will assess each entry and application based on a strict set of criteria.

    THE WINNERS REVEAL

    6With the shortlists announced, all sights will be set on the winners reveal.

    • The DIY Week Awards 2026 shortlist date TBC.
    • The DIY Week Awards 2026 winners will be announced on 22nd May 2026.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    How much does it cost to enter?

    Entries for the Supplier/Product categories costs £165 + VAT per single product or company entry. Entries for the Retailer categories are free. 

    DO I NEED TO SEND A PRODUCT SAMPLE?

    Sending a product is not compulsory. However, if you feel a physical product will help demonstrate why you deserve to win you can still send a sample which will be showcased during the judging.  If you wish the send a product sample, please email SPayne@datateam.co.uk

    How will I know if I have made the shortlist?

    There will be an announcement on our website when the shortlist has been released. We will also personally notify shortlisted retailers and suppliers.

    How many products can I enter?

    You can enter as many products as you like providing they meet the launch date criteria. Please note that the entry form allows you to enter multiple products with one submission.

    What is the entry deadline?
